Francesco Gilio is the founder and presenter of Central Marketforce 'Mind-Body Power' Motivational Keynote Presentations. In 1974 Francesco Gilio was born with a genetic skin disorder called Epidermis Bullosa. The ramifications of the skin problem were enormous as the top layer of skin comes off at the slightest knock and sufferers develop a whole array of symptoms affecting the whole body. The seriousness of this skin problem is such that most sufferers live quite a poor quality of life and many pass away at an early age

At the age of fourteen Francesco was introduced to Mind/Body medicine by a family member to help him deal with the condition. Mind/Body medicine is about using the power of thought and emotion to affect and heal your body. From than on Francesco embarked on a healing journey using mind/body medicine techniques and since then he has managed to dramatically improve his condition and remove a host of symptoms. • Career: Send out 140 job applications and getting knocked back for 39 job interviews. Francesco than went on to start and build his own successful communications business.
• Education: Obtaining a NSW School HSC TER mark of 46 (because of illness) and than taking 3 attempts to get into university. Francesco is now completing his third degree and has been a tutor/lecturer in marketing at the University Of Western Sydney for the last 3 years
• Body Self Esteem/Personal Relationships: Francesco has overcome low body self esteem (due to scaring on his body) by reframing his thinking and changing his perceptions - and now feels totally comfortable and good about his body

Francesco holds a Masters in Marketing from the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University Of NSW .
