In
1974 Francesco Gilio was born with a genetic skin
disorder called Epidermis Bullosa. The ramifications
of the skin problem were enormous as the top layer
of skin comes off at the slightest knock and sufferers
develop a whole array of symptoms affecting the
whole body. The seriousness of this skin problem
is such that most sufferers live quite a poor quality
of life and many pass away at an early age
At the age of fourteen Francesco was introduced to
Mind/Body medicine by a family member to help him
deal with the condition. Mind/Body medicine is about
using the power of thought and emotion to affect and
heal your body. From than on Francesco embarked on
a healing journey using mind/body medicine techniques
and since then he has managed to dramatically improve
his condition and remove a host of symptoms. Today
Francesco will be speaking on how you can use your
thoughts and emotions to heal your body
Now 30 years of age, Francesco runs his own communications
business offering marketing, speaking and media
services to various organisations. He has lectured
in marketing at the University Of Western Sydney,
is a Certified Practicing Marketer with the Australian
Marketing Institute, a recognised Speaker and a
freelance Journalist. Francesco holds a Masters
in Marketing from the University of Newcastle and
a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University
Of NSW. He is also currently undertaking a Masters
Of Arts In International Communication at Macquarie
University. In his spare time Francesco likes to
sleep
